Correspondence
A not so typical reminder to a client of mine. He really got a kick out of it. I wish I was better at correspondence. At least when I do send something I send it in style. Crane paper gets the credit.
Custom Made: Sleeveheads
There has been more chatter lately on the cut and lay of the shoulder in custom made suits. I am seeing trends leaning toward a more "Italian shoulder"...soft, pleated etc. Ran across this drawing of several types and thought you might find it interesting. During my client consultations, the sleeve head is discussed. Most clients don't care, they just say "make me look good"...which is what I do.
Custom Made: The Military Shirt
The Military Shirt has been a hot item this spring...I assume it will carry into the summer and fall. I have made these with one pocket, two pockets, with contrasting stitching and buttons....short sleeve and long. This image was one I re-created for a client. Single pocket - no flap - button closure. His was made out of linen. Light brown with dark brown stitching. Mother of pearl buttons. Turned out great! Contact me if you would like one as well.
